CityMail delivers mail and parcels to approximately 6 million private individuals and companies in Sweden. We are now looking for more colleagues for Nacka/Saltsjöbaden for autumn/winter 2026–2027.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is at least 18 years old.
• Has good knowledge of Swedish in both speech and writing.
• Has a valid B driving license.
• Thrives in a physical work environment.
• Is comfortable operating vehicles for which you hold a license or permit (bicycle, moped, car).

Experience in similar work is an advantage, but your background is not the most important factor. We value your commitment, attention to detail, and attitude towards work, and therefore place great emphasis on your personal qualities during the recruitment process.

What does a typical workday look like?

The operations run on weekdays excluding public holidays. Working hours are distributed between 07:00 and 16:30.

• The workday begins with preparations for the day's delivery, where you and your colleagues sort the day's mail and parcels.
• Delivery takes place within your assigned area. We primarily use electric bikes, but you may also use a car, moped, or regular bicycle depending on your delivery route for the day.
• Once all letters and parcels have been delivered, you return to the office to finish with administration and preparations for the next day's work together with your colleagues.

Employment Type

The position is a so-called hourly employment, where each work shift constitutes a separate fixed-term employment. You will work with varying hours and scope, depending on the day and needs. We prefer that you are available to work up to full-time during daytime hours. To ensure you have the right conditions to succeed, the employment begins with an introduction period.

Salary

Fixed hourly or monthly salary according to collective agreement. A salary ladder applies to both permanent and hourly employees. The starting hourly wage is 150 SEK (including 12% vacation pay), which corresponds to 134 SEK (excluding 12% vacation pay).
