CityMail delivers mail and parcels to approximately 6 million private individuals and businesses in Sweden. We are now looking for more colleagues for Södermalm for autumn/winter 2026–2027.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is at least 18 years old.
• Has good knowledge of Swedish in both speech and writing.
• Thrives in physical work.
• Is comfortable driving vehicles for which you hold a driver's license or permit (bicycle, moped, car).

A B-driver's license or moped permit is advantageous. Experience in similar work is also a plus, but your background is not the most important factor for us. We value your commitment, attention to detail, and attitude towards work, which is why we place great emphasis on your personal qualities during the recruitment process.

What does a workday look like?

The operations are open on weekdays, excluding holidays. Working hours are distributed between 07:00–16:30.

• The workday begins with preparations for the day's deliveries. You and your colleagues sort the day's mail and parcels.
• Delivery then takes place within your assigned area. We primarily use electric bikes for deliveries, but you may also use a car, moped, or regular bicycle depending on your delivery route for the day.
• Once all letters and parcels have been delivered, you return to the office to wrap up the day with administration and preparations for the next day's work alongside your colleagues.

Employment Type

The position is a so-called hourly employment, where each shift constitutes a separate fixed-term employment. You will work varying hours and scopes, depending on the day and needs. We prefer that you are available to work up to full-time during daytime hours. To ensure you have the right conditions for success, the employment begins with an introduction period.

Salary

Fixed hourly or monthly salary according to collective agreement. A salary scale applies to both permanent and hourly employees. The starting hourly wage is 150 SEK (including 12% vacation pay), which equals 134 SEK (excluding 12% vacation pay).
