Responsibilities

• Operate and set up CNC milling machines and CNC lathes according to drawings and work orders.
• Perform series production and one-off manufacturing with precision and repeatability.
• Read, interpret, and inspect parts using measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, coordinate measuring machines, etc.).
• Program and optimize CNC programs, make simple program modifications, and adjust parameters.
• Perform machine maintenance, daily inspections, and report deviations.
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure delivery, quality, and efficiency.
• Participate in improvement work regarding processes, tools, and production setups.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Documented experience with CNC milling and turning in a production environment.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and tolerances accurately.
• Experience in metrology and quality control.
• Basic mechanical understanding and familiarity with machine maintenance.
• Flexibility to work in two shifts.
• Good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written.

Additional qualifications such as CNC education, experience with specific control systems (e.g., Mazak, Siemens, Nakamura), or previous experience in setting up tools and fixtures are considered a plus.

Employment Terms and Application
