About the Position

We are now looking for more employees for our team within green area maintenance. The position is a zero-hours contract (as-needed basis) and suits you who enjoy working outdoors, are hands-on, and thrive in a physical and varied work environment.

Your main tasks will consist of maintaining green areas and outdoor environments, for example:

• lawn mowing
• trimming
• leaf blowing
• weeding
• general maintenance of outdoor environments

There is also an opportunity to combine the work with other tasks within the company for those who wish, for example, working as a traffic marshal (flagman) or other practical assignments depending on needs and season. The position is therefore particularly suitable for you who want varied work and the opportunity to combine green area maintenance with several different types of assignments within our operations.

We are looking for you who

• are responsible, willing to work, and reliable
• enjoy working outdoors in various weather conditions
• can work independently but also function well in a team
• are flexible and can step in when needed
• have a positive attitude and good interpersonal skills

Requirements

• Category B driver's license
• Good Swedish in speech and comprehension

Merits

• Experience with green area maintenance, gardening, or similar practical work
• Experience as a traffic marshal or work in traffic environments
• Relevant education or certificates

• Employment type: Zero-hours contract / Hourly employment
• Scope: Work as needed
• Working hours: Varying hours depending on assignments and season
