We are growing to provide more patients with timely orthopedic care. We are now opening a new care team within orthopedic inpatient care in Falun and are looking for nurses who want to help build the future of orthopedics together with us.

The weekly working hours are 32–37.5 hours.

As a nurse, you will work with pre- and post-operative care for patients undergoing orthopedic procedures.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Overall responsibility for the patient during their stay
• Wound care, pain relief, and mobilization
• Preparation for surgery and follow-up after the procedure
• Medication management
• Patient safety, documentation, and development work in daily practice
• Interprofessional collaboration with assistant nurses, doctors, physiotherapists, etc., as well as with other care units

Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN)
• Fluency in Swedish, both spoken and written
