About the role As Head of Design, you have a central function in our steel construction projects and are responsible for driving and developing the calculation work. You lead a small team while simultaneously working operationally with dimensioning, strength calculations, and creating technical documentation for our project engineers.

You ensure that our technical solutions maintain high quality and meet both customer requirements and current standards. In your daily work, you collaborate closely with sales, project engineers, production, and assembly, where you together drive projects forward and develop sustainable solutions adapted for our customers.

An important part of the role is to further develop and structure the calculation work. You support colleagues with technical questions, contribute to knowledge sharing within the team, and drive improvements in our working methods. Through this, you help strengthen the quality of our deliveries and develop how we work with calculations over time.

Your profile You have an engineering background in construction or technology and several years of experience with calculations, preferably within steel construction. You are confident in your competence and accustomed to working in tools such as FEM-Design, Idea Statica, or Frame Analysis.

You either already have a leading role today or you are ready to take the step. The most important thing is that you have the desire to develop as a leader, take responsibility for both people and technology, and continue to work with calculations.

As a person, you are unpretentious and clear in your communication. You have the ability to see the big picture without losing the details and thrive in an environment where collaboration, quality, and development are in focus. You appreciate combining structure with problem-solving and are motivated by finding solutions that hold up, both technically and long-term.
