As a press brake operator at DEFAB, you will have an important role in production, working with setting up and operating press brakes, as well as varied manufacturing in small and medium-sized series. The work also includes reading drawings, quality control, and ongoing problem-solving, where your technical understanding and experience become an important part of daily work.

This is a role for you who wants to take responsibility and be involved in the development of production. You will have the opportunity to influence working methods, contribute improvement ideas, and be part of the company's journey towards a more modern and efficient production.

We are looking for you who have several years of experience working as a press brake operator and are accustomed to working independently with press braking in sheet metal processing. You have a good understanding of reading drawings, material handling, and quality assurance, and are confident in setting up and operating press brake machines.

You are meticulous, responsible, and have a technical interest with the ability to find effective solutions in daily work. We would like you to be used to working at a high pace without compromising on quality.

As a person, you are self-reliant but also a team player who thrives in a smaller organization where collaboration, flexibility, and engagement are important parts of everyday life.

• Have previous experience with press brakes
• Can read drawings and work with quality assurance
