We think (of course) our online store is amazing, but it is in our physical stores that we truly make a difference. This is where we meet our visitors – and this is where the magic happens. In the meeting, you as a store salesperson can turn someone's day around in just a few seconds. A visitor comes in, maybe a bit tired after the day – and walks out with a pink bag filled with confidence, glow, and the feeling of being seen. That is exactly how we want it to feel! WOW!

We are now looking for a group of new colleagues to join our wonderful team at Lyko Drottninggatan who can start working with us this autumn! 🤩 We are looking for you who can work anywhere from 5-25 hours and who love both providing top-class service and beauty. What you will focus on

Together, we constantly strive to give our visitors an experience of absolute world-class quality, and in this work, you as a store salesperson stand at the front line. As a store salesperson at Lyko, you are so much more than "just" a salesperson – you are an advisor, an inspirer, a best beauty friend, and an important part of the visitor's experience. With us, it is about meeting every visitor for real. You make contact, listen, and share your knowledge in a personal way – always with the goal of helping visitors find the right product for their specific needs. This is how we create that magical feeling of being both seen and boosted ✨ In addition to customer interaction, you are also responsible for daily operations, including orders, stock replenishment, and visual campaign setup. You are also responsible for the overall impression of the store, ensuring it is clean, stylish, and inspiring – spotless, simply!

For this role, we believe you:

• Love beauty! Sharing knowledge and ideas with customers and colleagues is the most fun you know
• Are a passionate salesperson who loves the customer interaction and is driven by achieving results
• Are unpretentious and engaged – a true spreader of energy
• Are flexible and thrive working in a team as well as independently
• Are used to handling many different tasks in your daily work and have a structured approach
• Have relevant education in makeup, hair, or skin – for example, as a makeup artist, hairdresser, or esthetician
• Are at least 18 years old
