We are a tight-knit team of 13 people working in modern facilities in Åbro Industrial Area. With the help of the latest technology in digital printing, cutting, and post-processing, we help our customers realize their ideas and create products of the highest quality. About the role

As a Printer Operator / Post-processor with us, you are in the middle of production and a crucial part of the team that drives the pace, solves challenges, and ensures that every job goes all the way to the finish – with the right quality, on time. This is a practical, varied, and important role where you work closely together with colleagues in production and ensure that the flow runs from print to finished product.

We are looking for you who thrive in a changing environment where no day is like the other. You are just as comfortable taking on practical tasks that require strength and speed as performing detailed moments where accuracy and precision are central. Your ability to adapt and maintain high quality in everything you do is a key success factor in the role.

Your main responsibilities

• Produce on our printers based on finished originals
• Operate and manage cutting tables as a central part of production
• Post-processing, trimming, and assembly of materials
• Handle laminators
• Ensure quality and precision in the final product
• Daily maintenance and upkeep of machines
• Prepare production files and, if necessary, simpler prepress work

In addition to your main areas of responsibility, you will work with packing customer orders and, if necessary, perform simpler sewing work on an industrial sewing machine. You are also expected to contribute to order and cleanliness in production and at the workplace.

Requirements

• Good computer skills
• Fluent Swedish in speech and writing

• Experience with digital large-format production
• Experience with cutting tables (Zünd, Kongsberg, or similar)
• Experience with ONYX or other RIP software
• Knowledge of 4-color technology
• Experience with sewing
• Experience with laser cutting/engraving
• Experience with label production
• Driver's license class B

Scope: Full-time (08:00–17:00)

Employment: Permanent (6 months probation)
