Established in 1953, the company is now Sweden's largest anti-corrosion contractor with operations in several locations in Sweden, Finland, and Poland. Alucrom currently has 13 strategically located factories in Sweden, Finland, and Poland. In Sweden, our factories range from Nyvång in the south to Gävle in the north. Our experienced contracting team arrives with complete equipment for blasting and painting at customer sites or various projects. Our headquarters are located in Arendal, Gothenburg, where we also have our newly built factory, Arendals Backe – the most modern facility in the Nordics for heavy anti-corrosion painting.

Are you a person with experience in painting or blasting who wants to become part of Alucrom AB? Do you want to work with varied tasks and contribute to extending the lifespan of everything from small details to large structures such as bridges and vehicles?

We are now looking for a Painter/Blaster for Alucrom AB. You will work within the business areas of factory and contracting, with a dynamic role that requires flexibility and readiness for travel. Whether you have extensive experience in anti-corrosion painting or are newly qualified, we value your competence and willingness to develop.

Your main areas of responsibility include:

• Performing blasting and painting on various objects
• Working both in a factory environment and out in the field
• Contributing to safety and quality in the work

Do you have the profile we are looking for?

• Experience working as a painter or blaster – perhaps from painting, workshops, industrial coating, or similar.
• Knowledge of various blasting techniques and color theory is preferred.
• Accustomed to working independently but also thrive in a team environment.
• Take responsibility, are meticulous, and ensure completion of tasks started.
• Experience in performing on-site maintenance for customers.
• Fluent in Swedish or English.

Qualifications that are a plus

• Education as a certified painter (diplommålare).
• Forklift and overhead crane licenses.
• Category B driver's license.

You will initially be employed as a Temp-Team consultant. As part of our team, you are offered collective agreement terms, a wellness allowance, and a dedicated consultant manager who is there for you. The position is to be filled immediately. Full-time – Monday to Friday, 07:00–16:00.
