JOB DESCRIPTIONS

Do you want a job that makes a difference, with meaningful tasks and wonderful colleagues?

We are looking for temporary substitute staff for our operations!

As a temporary substitute, you help cover for regular staff absences or during temporary work peaks. You register your availability, and when a need arises that matches your availability, you are booked for work.

We offer work within home care, functional support, and special housing (SÄBO).

Home Care:

Here you can work in one of our home care groups that work day and evening shifts, or perform home care tasks at night in the night patrol. As an employee in home care, you provide good nursing care and social support to our users. You help and support the user in daily life to promote functional ability. Tasks may include help with showering, toilet visits, medication management, cleaning, and support during meals.

Functional Support:

Within functional support, you can work in one of our group homes, service apartments, as a personal assistant, or in daily activities. Here you meet people with various functional variations and are there to support and enable a good life based on the individual's conditions. Support may consist of personal nursing care and support in other daily activities. There may be limited or no verbal language, which means you may need to work based on clear pedagogical methods and communication aids.

SÄBO (Special Housing):

Within special housing (SÄBO), you work at Djupängen or Vitsippan. As an employee at SÄBO, you meet our elderly citizens and contribute to making their daily lives easier by providing support and help with personal nursing care, medication management, meals, cleaning, and social interaction.

To ensure a secure start, you will receive an introduction together with experienced staff, undergo a digital introduction training, and other relevant training based on the operational area you will work in.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Nursing program or other education/experience deemed equivalent by the employer is desirable, but not a requirement.
  • You must be at least 18 years old.
  • A Category B driver's license is required in some operational areas.
  • Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, to perform care documentation, receive medication delegation, and communicate with users.
  • Experience from similar operations is meritorious.
  • As an applicant, you should have a professional and pleasant attitude and put the individual at the center.
  • We place great importance on your personal suitability.

Employment Type: Fixed-term employment.
Duration: 6 months or longer.

To be eligible for employment within support, care, and social services, you must present a valid personal certificate from the Swedish Tax Agency's website www.skatteverket.se (https://www.skatteverket.se). In your application, you must state your citizenship. If you are not a citizen of Sweden, the EU, EEA, or Switzerland, you must also be able to prove that you have a valid work permit or are exempt from the requirement to have a work permit.

You also need to show a valid extract from the Police's criminal record register www.polisen.se (https://www.polisen.se) (not older than 6 months).

Employment can only take place after verification of the work permit, which is required according to the Aliens Ordinance, and after presentation of a criminal record extract.

The above certificates must be presented before employment becomes relevant.
