We are looking for a Team Leader for our Burger King restaurant!

We are seeking an engaged and motivated individual to join our team as a Team Leader. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring our restaurant maintains the highest standards and customer satisfaction. You will lead, coach, and support our staff by ensuring they have the resources and tools needed to perform their duties to the best of their ability.

We are looking for someone with a strong work ethic and a passion for the service industry. The work environment is fast-paced, requiring you to remain calm and make sound decisions even in stressful situations.

To be considered for the Team Leader position, you should have the following qualifications:

• Previous experience in the fast-food industry or a similar field.
• Experience in a leadership role or similar position.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to motivate and coach team members.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
