We are looking for someone with solid experience in sushi and Japanese culinary arts. You are ambitious, love sushi, and have a genuine passion for the Japanese kitchen.

Typical responsibilities:
- Preparation of sushi and certain Asian dishes.
- Register work and serving.
- Cleaning, tidying up, and dishwashing.
