To our store in Klippan, we are now looking for you who want to be part of our unique mission to contribute to better public health through responsible alcohol sales. Here, service and care for people and the environment are always in focus. The position is 70% full-time, and weekly working hours may vary.

In your role as a salesperson with store communication responsibility

Work in the store is varied. During a workday, you will meet customers, work at the checkout, work in the warehouse, and stock our shelves. Together, we keep our premises clean and tidy.

As a salesperson with us, you are the face of Systembolaget. A strong sense of teamwork, a fast pace, and pleasant interactions characterize our work. We learn from each other, and through development, we create results together. It is in the meeting with the customer that we become Systembolaget.

In addition to the common tasks as a salesperson, you work with responsibility for store communication, which means that you:

• Create a positive customer experience through inspiring signage and thoughtful product display.
• Ensure that the store's expression follows Systembolaget's mission and vision, is brand-neutral, and does not promote upselling.

We are looking for you who

• Are of legal age (20 years or older) to serve our customers.
• Have good social skills and understand how you can contribute to a good customer interaction.
• Can work varying hours, weekdays and Saturdays, early mornings and until after closing.
• Enjoy collaborating and want to contribute to reaching our common goals.
• Have a flexible approach, a curious attitude towards learning new things, and an interest in the opportunities created by modern digital tools.
• Have a high school or vocational education.

It is meritorious if you have experience from retail, work in a service profession, and/or with food and beverage.
