RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Signaling Technician at Infranord, you will encounter exciting, varied, fun, and social work. Here, you spend a large part of the day outdoors together with your work team and in collaboration with other colleagues. Your work primarily involves operation and maintenance, and occasionally new construction. The work also includes documentation, controls, and fault reporting in various systems.

The position involves maintenance work on SL local railways, but work on the Swedish Transport Administration's tracks may also occur.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who have:

Approved upper secondary education with a focus on Electrical or Signaling Technology.
Approved basic signaling education or ongoing education. For example, BSG1, BSG2, and Signaling Principles and Fundamentals (BSGS).
Good ability to express yourself in speech and writing in Swedish.
Category B driver's license (manual).

It is an advantage if you have:

Professional experience in signaling work within the railway sector.
Electrical Safety Leader; track work, tools, and track vehicles, low and extra-low voltage.
Safety and Security Leader (SOS Leader).
Supervisor (TSM) for A-, L-, E- protection and road watch.
SIS4 clearance.
Knowledge of various relay- or computer-based interlocking systems (e.g., model 59, 65, 85, 95, etc.).
ATC, equipment, and system functions (BSATC), preferably experience from ERTMS.

It is important that you have the ability to be flexible as night and weekend work occur in the position. On-call duty and travel to other operations may occur.
