In preparation for this year's harvest, Swedish Agro is looking for 4 seasonal workers for our grain facilities in Kalmar.

The harvest is an intensive but also very rewarding period where we work closely together to solve tasks as a team. Commitment, collaboration, and a willingness to help each other are important parts of our daily work.

About the role

• Reception and sampling of grain
• Operation monitoring of grain and drying facilities
• Loading and unloading
• Operating wheel loaders
• Simple maintenance and cleaning

The employment starts in mid-July and covers the harvest period. The work is performed in shifts and begins with an introduction and training.

We are looking for someone who

• Is at least 18 years old
• Fluently speaks and writes Swedish
• Is responsible and safety-conscious
• Enjoys practical work and collaborating with others

Experience from agriculture, industry, or other production activities is advantageous, as is experience operating wheel loaders or similar machinery.
