About the role

As a warehouse worker, you will become an important part of their logistics operations. With the warehouse relocation from Dalby to Staffanstorp, you will contribute to ensuring smooth goods flow both during and after the move – from receipt to delivery. You will ensure efficient and organized warehouse management and work in a team where collaboration, precision, and a positive attitude are crucial for success. In this role, you will be employed by Academic Work and assigned to our client. The position is initially for 6 months, with a need assessment for 1.5 years – after which there are good opportunities for extension.

Responsibilities

The role primarily involves handling incoming and outgoing goods as well as operating forklifts. You will also contribute to keeping the warehouse organized and ensuring that all processes follow established routines.

• Forklift operation (C), primarily reach truck
• Handle receipt, loading, and unloading of goods
• Collaborate with production and warehouse departments for smooth flow
• Ensure smooth goods flow
• Organize and maintain warehouse areas
• Work in a team focused on collaboration, precision, and a positive attitude

We are looking for someone who

• Has forklift license C and experience operating reach trucks
• Is responsible and thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Is positive, willing to work, and contributes to team spirit
• Is precise and structured in your work

It is an advantage if you have

• Previous experience in warehouse work or logistics
• Previous experience working in production-adjacent warehouses
