About the Role

As an employee, you represent Hornbach and serve as a role model in terms of engagement, drive, and customer service. Hornbach's drive-in is a logistics center where customers pick up most of our heavier building and timber materials. This role involves picking up goods, maintaining the drive-in area, working at our goods reception, and working in our e-commerce logistics center.

Example of Duties

• Manage daily operations, including unloading incoming goods
• Control and replenish stock
• Provide advice and sales of building and timber products to customers
• Administer and pick customer orders
• Assist on other departments such as goods reception and the logistics center as needed

Your Profile

• Upper secondary education or equivalent, plus experience in retail.
• Experience in selling building materials
• Stress-resistant, detail-oriented, and skilled at teamwork.

• Passionate about offering our customers the best possible service
• Realize customers' projects through professional advice on our wide product range
• Valid B-category driver's license is required
• Forklift license (A1-A4 & B1-B4) and experience driving a forklift are required

Working Hours/Duration: Permanent. Part-time 30 hours/week. Scheduled working hours during the day, evening, and every other weekend.

Salary: Salary according to collective agreement.

Start Date: Immediately
