Job Responsibilities

As a nursing assistant with us, you will work from a holistic perspective with the patient in focus, offering a fun, independent, and stimulating job. You will be part of a multidisciplinary team composed of various professional groups. A key part of your work involves contact with relatives and other healthcare providers.

About the Workplace

Ward 1 at Fagersta Hospital has recently undergone a complete renovation and now offers a modern, bright, and pleasant working environment with the family-like feel of a small hospital.

On Ward 1, we care for patients from the entire northern part of the county. We work with medically stable patients who come for aftercare or rehabilitation, as well as palliative care. You will be part of the team and work with standard nursing assistant duties, including nursing care, sample collection, risk assessments, continued mobilization, and rehabilitation.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are a trained nursing assistant. Experience from inpatient care is meritorious. As a person, you are secure, stable, and have good self-insight. You work well with other people and have the ability to put yourself in someone else's perspective in a humble and respectful way. You adapt easily to new circumstances and can maintain your calm in pressured and unpredictable situations.

Employment Terms

Fixed-term employment for 3–5 months, 80–100%, Fagersta.
