Customer Manager for our facility in Umeå

Our current Customer Manager is moving on to new challenges, and we are now looking for a new person who is passionate about doing business and building good relationships with our existing customers. Here, you will be part of a customer service team of four people, and the facility has a total of approximately 25 employees.

Specifically, the role involves:

• Creating good and long-term relationships with our customers in Sweden.
• Planning and conducting independent customer visits and activities.
• Delivering commercial and attractive solutions for the customer.
• Renegotiating and saving existing contracts.
• Having your own budget and KPIs.
• Working in close collaboration with our sales team and service personnel.
• Being out at customer sites 3–4 days per week (travel days with overnight stays may occur).

Who are you? You are a structured, resilient, and goal-oriented person who always keeps the customer in focus. You are skilled at handling different personalities and situations without losing your professionalism. You are driven by meeting new people, doing business, and closing deals. In this recruitment, we will place great emphasis on your personal qualities.

What can you do? Experience in customer contact is a requirement, and commercial awareness is essential to succeed in this role. A couple of years of experience in similar tasks with successful B2B customer contact is particularly advantageous. You have at least a high school education and are proficient in Microsoft Office. You speak and write Swedish fluently. A driver's license is required.
