Nordia is a Norrland-based contractor in construction and civil engineering, working to create value through efficient and sustainable solutions.

As a Site Manager within earthworks, you work in a project-based role where you lead projects across Norrbotten. You are responsible for the project from planning to completion, with a focus on economics, working environment, quality, and leadership – combining a holistic view with presence in production.

Responsibilities

• Production planning and daily management, responsible for creating structure and progress.
• Responsibility for economics, forecasts, and follow-up within the project.
• Lead foremen and skilled workers, and coordinate subcontractors.
• Ensure quality, working environment, and schedule throughout the entire project.

Requirements for the position:

• Experience as a Site Manager or Foreman within earthworks, civil engineering, or construction.
• Good economic understanding and experience with forecasting/follow-up.
• Good computer skills.
• Ability to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Valid driver's license (Category B).

Merits:

• Technical construction education or equivalent experience.
