Do you want to lead earthworks production on-site and drive progress in projects across Norrbotten? Nordia is looking for a site supervisor who drives safety, quality, and structure – and gets the team to deliver.

Nordia is a Northern Swedish contractor with operations in construction and civil engineering, aiming to create value through efficient and sustainable solutions. As a site supervisor within earthworks, you play a key role in the daily on-site work in a project-based role where you work on projects throughout Norrbotten. You are responsible for coordinating daily operations and driving progress where projects are underway, with a focus on safety, quality, and structure.

Responsibilities

Plan, lead, and allocate daily work within your assigned area and ensure progress in production.
Monitor schedules and ensure work is performed correctly and with high quality.
Coordinate skilled workers and subcontractors, maintaining close dialogue with the site manager.
Actively work with occupational health and safety in daily operations.

Requirements for the position:

Experience from earthworks, construction, or civil engineering.
Valid driver's license (Category B).
Good computer skills and ability to work in a structured manner.

Merits:

Technical construction education or equivalent experience.
Ability to communicate verbally in English.
