Job Responsibilities
As a property technician, you work close to the customer. It is your task to maintain existing customer relationships and establish new contacts. You have daily contact with tenants and property owners to provide them with the service they need.

As a property technician, you are an engaged problem solver who thrives in a role with many contacts and high demands on service mindset. For the position, it is important that you can take initiative and enjoy working with freedom under responsibility. You thrive in contact with both customers and colleagues and have very good collaboration skills. To thrive with us, you are unpretentious, forward-looking, and a social person who enjoys the role of a property technician. The position is home-based with affiliation to the office in Stockholm.
