About the Role

As a Technician at Work System, you will work with the assembly and installation of car interiors, vehicle equipment, and accessories in light commercial vehicles.

You will become part of an experienced team that will train you in the company's products, working methods, and technical solutions. Previous experience with vehicle electrics is advantageous but not a requirement; the most important thing is that you have a technical interest and the desire to develop.

Responsibilities

• Assembly of car interiors and vehicle equipment
• Installation of accessories and special equipment
• Simple electrical installations and connections
• Quality control
• Troubleshooting and problem-solving
• Collaboration with colleagues in the workshop

We are looking for you who

• Have a strong interest in cars and technology
• Are practical-minded and enjoy working with your hands
• Have experience from workshops, industry, assembly, or vehicles, or relevant education
• Are meticulous and responsible
• Have good teamwork skills
• Hold a valid driver's license (Category B, manual transmission)
• Fluent in Swedish (both written and spoken)

Advantageous Qualifications

• Automotive technical education
• Experience in assembly or workshop work
• Knowledge of vehicle electrics or electrical installations
• Experience with bodybuilding or vehicle adaptation
