Your role

As a car rental agent, you will handle our customers' car rental experience from start to finish, from booking and pickup to return, as well as handling follow-ups and incoming inquiries.

Working hours

You and your colleagues work on a rotating schedule, varying between opening shifts, closing shifts, and weekend work every other week.

The station's opening hours are:

• Weekdays: 07:00–19:00
• Saturdays: 08:00–15:00
• Sundays: 12:00–18:00

The position is a permanent employment with an initial probationary period of 6 months.

Your responsibilities

• Customer meetings over the counter, via phone, and by email.
• Actively work with needs analysis and upselling of SIXT products.
• Risk assessment.
• Establish and maintain customer relationships.
• Delivery of rental cars.
• Car washing and damage control.
• Administrative tasks.

You have

• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Category B driver's license (manual) for at least 1 year.
• Good computer skills.

Sixt Rent a Car was started in Munich by the Sixt family in 1912. Sixt went public in the mid-1980s and subsequently became a market leader in several European countries, particularly in Germany.
