Axel Christiernsson is now looking for an engaged and results-oriented Production Supervisor who wants to lead and further develop our production in Nol.

About the role

As a Production Supervisor, you play a central role in the operations, responsible for leading, planning, and developing daily production. You ensure that we meet our goals regarding quality, efficiency, working environment, and delivery precision.

You are a clear and present leader who works proactively to develop both the business and your employees – a crucial factor for our continued success.

Your main responsibilities

You are responsible for leading and distributing work within production and ensuring delivery according to plan, quality, and timeframes. The role involves continuously working to optimize production flows and resource utilization.

You have personnel responsibility, including recruitment, development discussions, and competence development, while ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations. You participate in budgeting and cost tracking and drive improvement initiatives within production and logistics.

In this role, you collaborate closely with functions such as purchasing, quality, maintenance, and logistics.

Your leadership

You build a modern and inclusive leadership style where you engage and develop employees. You create clarity through structure and communication and act as a role model within the organization.

You actively contribute to good collaboration between production, maintenance, and other departments.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who have relevant higher education or equivalent, along with several years of experience in production management within the industry.

You have knowledge of Lean, 5S, or similar improvement methods, as well as experience in occupational health and leadership. You have good communication skills and thrive in collaborative environments.

You are proficient in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

You are structured and goal-oriented with a solution-oriented attitude and good analytical skills. As a person, you are an engaging leader who motivates and develops others.

You are confident in making decisions and handling situations, even at a high pace.
