Your Responsibilities

As a wet painter, you will work with the painting and surface treatment of industrial components, steel structures, and other metal products of varying sizes. The role involves responsibility for the entire process – from preparatory work to the final finish – where quality, precision, and safety are in focus. You work both independently and in close collaboration with colleagues to ensure that the products meet high demands for quality and delivery precision. The tasks include, among other things:

• Wet painting of industrial details, steel structures, and metal components
• Preparation work such as sanding, filling, cleaning, degreasing, and masking
• Priming and application of paint according to current specifications
• Quality control of surface finish, color, and film thickness
• Handling and maintenance of painting equipment and paint materials
• Inspection and post-processing of finished painted products
• Forklift and crane operation as needed
• Contributing to order, safety, and efficiency in production

Your Profile

We are looking for you who have at least 3 years of experience and are meticulous, quality-conscious, and have an eye for detail. You enjoy practical work and take great responsibility for ensuring the work is performed according to set quality requirements. As a person, you are self-motivated, solution-oriented, and have good collaboration skills. You work in a structured manner, follow instructions, and contribute to a safe and efficient work environment. Qualifications:

• Experience in wet painting within industrial production or similar operations
• Good knowledge of preparation work such as sanding, masking, cleaning, and priming
• Experience working with different types of paint and coating systems
• Ability to read and follow work instructions and quality requirements
• Experience in quality control and assessment of surface finish is an advantage
• Forklift and crane license is an advantage
• Good knowledge of Swedish or English, both spoken and written
• Category B driver's license is an advantage
