We are looking for a reliable, flexible, and responsible personal assistant for a temporary hourly position this summer with a man in Skellefteå. In this role, you will become an invaluable part of his daily life and well-being. Your support makes a difference – both practically and socially. The tasks include help with personal hygiene, care, transfers, as well as support with exercise and household chores. But this job is about more than just routines – it is about presence, security, and human contact. 🔎 Who are you?

We are looking for you who are a confident man with good physical capacity. You are sensitive, present, and have an easy time adapting to other people's needs and routines. Previous experience in personal assistance is meritorious, but the most important thing is your attitude and commitment. You also need to be able to step in with short notice, which makes flexibility a key trait.

• 🗣️ Have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.

Scope & Work Arrangement:

• 📅 Start date: This summer, with onboarding before the summer begins.
• ⏳ Contract: Temporary position during the summer to cover needs. The position starts with introductory shifts, giving you a secure start and the opportunity to get to know both the assignment and the working methods.
• 🕒 Working hours: Varying shifts with on-call duties.

Recruitment Process & Employment Terms

Recruitment Process

We contact candidates who are suitable for a first interview on an ongoing basis. The position will be filled when we have found the right person, which may happen before the last application date. Your application is processed by staff at ENKV Assistans, together with the client, as well as any relatives, guardians, or other relevant parties. If the position involves working with a minor client, an extract from the criminal record is always required.

Children's Perspective in Recruitment

At ENKV, we carefully follow the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child, which means that if you apply for a position involving work with minors, the recruitment process will include specific steps to ensure that the child's wishes and needs are taken into account. Employment involving work with minor clients also includes training on the children's perspective.

Employment Terms

To be employed by us, you must be at least 18 years old, able to prove your identity, and show that you have the right to work in Sweden. Additionally, a valid BankID is required as both the employment contract and time reports are signed digitally.
