The role of nurse with us

As an hourly employed nurse, you work in the municipality's home care service, providing healthcare interventions to our citizens of all ages. The home care service operates from several different locations from south to north and in central Kungsbacka. We work both in the patient's home and in our care and nursing homes, as well as in housing with special support.

Working as an hourly substitute means you get to know many people and life situations that you might not have encountered otherwise. It gives you experiences and memories for life, but also places high demands on service orientation, flexibility, and engagement.

Your profile

We are looking for you who:

• Are a licensed nurse
• Have a B driver's license
• Have knowledge of Swedish at a level that allows you to communicate well both verbally and in writing
• Have good computer skills

It is an advantage if you:

• Have experience in home care
• Have experience with the telephone system TeleQ

We offer an hourly employment starting immediately or as agreed.

As an hourly substitute at Vikariecenter, you will:

• Receive introductory training.
• Shadow regular staff before you start working independently.
• Have flexible working hours and also get the opportunity to gain experience from different workplaces and build valuable contacts.

About Vikariecenter

Vikariecenter provides hourly substitutes to cover vacancies that arise when regular staff are temporarily absent and during summer holidays. Vikariecenter is responsible for recruiting and staffing hourly substitutes within preschool, personal assistance, day activities, home care, home help services, care and nursing homes, housing with special support, cleaning services, and meal services.
