Halmstad GF is currently in a phase of growth and development, and we are looking for you who want to be part of this association's development.

The position involves approximately 10–15 hours per week, starting in September 2025. Our association provides approximately 1,400 children, young people, and adults with opportunities for high-quality training.

We strive to create a pleasant atmosphere in our activities through community and joy, both during training and competitions. This applies to all our groups, from the youngest children to elite teams and adult groups. We are based in Halmstad and the surrounding area.

We are now looking for a Group Manager for our children's groups aged 1–8 years.

Your responsibilities as Group Manager include designing training programs for our children's groups and developing and supporting our current leaders. We value trained leaders highly, and the association covers the training required for the role.

We prefer that you have prior experience in gymnastics. You should be skilled at interacting with children and young people, as well as able to collaborate effectively with both parents and coaches. A structured work style, the ability to set goals, and plan activities are also desirable.

The position can be adapted depending on your profile. Working hours are scheduled for afternoons, evenings, and weekends in our gymnastics halls. A driver's license is preferred.
