About our operations The Civil South division works with land, infrastructure, and civil engineering projects. We are approximately 300 dedicated employees divided into different production groups within our geography of Scania and Halland. We value having our own skilled tradespeople who, together with site managers and foremen, drive our projects safely, efficiently, and successfully. In northwest Scania, we have projects in an area ranging from Landskrona and Hässleholm to Båstad. Currently, we are conducting water and sewer renovations for NSVA, performing land work for a sports hall in Helsingborg, building a park in Höganäs, and renovating streets in Landskrona, to name a few examples. We have a strong local market with framework agreements in Höganäs and with NSVA, among others. The position of Road and Construction Worker As a construction worker with us, you will work on various projects within land, infrastructure, and civil engineering, primarily involving water and sewer (VA), development, foundation, and/or fine grading work. The tasks vary and are performed both independently and in small or large teams. Your profile We are looking for you who have several years of experience in broad land and construction work and/or in piping/water and sewer (VA). A vocational certificate as a Road and Construction Worker is meritorious but not a requirement. We place great importance on your personal qualities and are looking for someone who is engaged, responsible, and enjoys when a lot is happening. You like working together with others but can also work independently when required. You have good communication skills and master Swedish in speech and writing. Additional information The position is a permanent full-time employment, with a probationary period. The work area is northwest Scania and surroundings.
