About the Business Area
Within our Production business area, we are responsible for the operation, maintenance, optimization, and development of all energy production within Öresundskraft in Helsingborg and Ängelholm. The Maintenance Department supports our three facilities – Filborna Plant and Västhamnen Plant in Helsingborg, as well as Åkerslunds Plant in Ängelholm.

At each plant, there are local maintenance teams with a Maintenance Manager and Maintenance Coordinator for electricity, mechanics, and instrumentation. For the overall maintenance work, we have gathered specialist competence in a central maintenance unit where this position is located. Here, we have competence in areas such as warehousing and inventory, systems and automation, project management, and the development of our maintenance processes and working methods.

Our operations are constantly evolving, and we actively work with digitalization, data-driven maintenance, and development towards a more predictive working method. Öresundskraft is facing a comprehensive project within CCS (Carbon Capture and Storage), linked to the future of sustainable energy production. This means you will work in a business with a high pace of technical development and great opportunities to influence future maintenance work.

About the Position
We offer you a developmental position where you, together with our existing Maintenance Engineer, work broadly across our three production facilities. The role is an expansion and focuses on developing and improving our preventive and predictive maintenance, as well as ensuring efficient and data-driven working methods within the maintenance operations. The position has many internal interfaces within operations, maintenance, and warehousing, as well as ongoing contact with external specialists, system suppliers, consultants, and contractors.

The work includes, among other things:

• Development and follow-up of preventive maintenance, KPIs, and maintenance strategies
• Digitalization and standardization of maintenance processes and development of working methods
• Analysis work related to criticality, fault history, RCA (Root Cause Analysis), and improvement initiatives
• Development of predictive maintenance through measurement methods, analysis tools, and AI support
• Creation of long-term maintenance plans and support during overhaul work
• Development of spare parts management and material control based on availability and operational security
• Administration and follow-up; invoice handling as well as documentation and traceability
• Act as one of our superusers for our maintenance system, Idus

The role is based at Filborna Plant in Helsingborg and reports directly to our Maintenance Manager.

About You
We believe you have a technical education at least at the upper secondary level, preferably supplemented with post-secondary education in maintenance, operations, energy, automation, or process technology. Experience and personal qualities weigh heavily, and we have good opportunities to support and help the right person into the role.

You have likely worked for a few years in a similar role within process industry, energy production, or another technically complex operation. It is an advantage if you have experience with maintenance systems such as Idus or other CMMS/EAM systems, preventive and predictive maintenance, KPI and analysis work, as well as root cause analysis and improvement work. Experience and knowledge in vibration measurement, data-driven analysis work, and condition monitoring are also advantageous.

As a person, you are structured and analytical with a drive to develop and improve working methods and processes. You have an interest in systems, data, and digitalization and thrive in a role with many interfaces where collaboration and communication are important. At the same time, you have the ability to translate analyses and technical information into practical improvements in the business. We assume you have good computer skills, a driver's license, and proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
