Job Responsibilities

As a nurse with us, you will become a key player in our team! You will work with assessments, planning, and implementation of healthcare interventions within municipal primary care. You will also delegate, mentor, and train staff, and work closely with unit managers, doctors, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and fellow nurses. Working hours are scheduled during days, evenings, and weekends.

We have a close collaboration with coordinated healthcare in the Region of Västra Götaland, which may involve assignments from 1177 as well as interventions while waiting for an ambulance. This gives you a unique opportunity to develop and broaden your competence.

Qualifications

Requirements:

You are a licensed nurse and have a valid B-driver's license. You master Swedish in both speech and writing, which is important for effective communication with patients and colleagues.

Merits:

Specialized Training: We would appreciate it if you had further education in dementia, district nursing, elderly care, or psychiatry. Your expertise is valuable to us!

Experience: Have you worked in municipal primary care before? Fantastic! It is a great advantage if you also have mentoring training.

Personal Suitability: We place great emphasis on your personality. Are you engaged, flexible, empathetic, and solution-oriented? Then you are the one we are looking for!

Conditions

Interviews will take place after week 29. Probationary employment may be applicable.
