We are looking for someone who is positive, driven, and passionate about providing our customers with the best customer service in the industry. Customers in our stores should be greeted with good products at good prices, food inspiration, and interesting events.

As a salesperson, you are the face of the store and professionally provide our customers with the best service while spreading joy and energy. To succeed in the role of salesperson with us, we see that you are ambitious, responsible, thrive in a fast-paced work environment, and are driven by new challenges. You are a top-notch team player, and together we exceed customer expectations.

The work is varied and includes all types of tasks found in the store, such as restocking, sales, and cash register work. Within Coop, there are opportunities to grow, with e.g., own areas of responsibility such as customer ambassador, orders, quality responsibility, and social media.

The position is a permanent position of 32 hours/week. We are open when our customers want to shop, thus working hours may vary – day, evening, and weekend.

• Experience and competence in retail sales are meritorious
• Experience and competence in service professions are meritorious
• Multilingualism and experience/interest in different cultures are meritorious

It is significant that you have a genuine interest in food, service, and sales. You enjoy working in a group and contribute to creating a good work climate. Furthermore, you like working at a high pace and can handle stressful environments.
