Panel Beater/Body Repair Technician for Werksta Kalix

Job Responsibilities for Panel Beater at Werksta Kalix

• Repair and replace body and sheet metal components on passenger cars and light commercial vehicles
• Use modern tools and equipment for damage repair and straightening
• Collaborate with colleagues in the workshop, damage inspection, and painting for efficient workflows
• Contribute to maintaining high quality in completed work and following the workshop's routines and processes
• Document completed work in our digital systems
• Participate in continuous improvements of working environment, processes, and customer service

Qualifications and Who We Are Looking For

• Interest in working with vehicles and bodywork
• You are motivated by variety, team spirit, and the opportunity to develop in your profession
• Experience in auto body repair, panel beating, or similar is meritorious but not required
• You are responsible, detail-oriented, and service-minded
• Can work both independently and in a team
• Good communication skills in Swedish
• Valid Category B driver's license is required
