Your Role

Are you looking for a role where you can truly influence, shape, and develop? We are now seeking an engaged and driving leader for our department, a role for you who is motivated by combining leadership, business acumen, and development in everyday work. Here you will have the opportunity to set the direction, build team spirit, and create results together with others.

In this role, you are responsible for leading a group of approximately 18 employees. You have broad personnel responsibility covering everything from competence supply and development to salary setting and work environment. The group is geographically spread across several locations in Sweden, which means travel is part of the position.

In parallel with operational leadership, you have a clear mandate to develop the business forward. You actively work to ensure quality, results, and profitability, and you play a key role in both nurturing existing customer relationships and identifying new business opportunities. Your ability to build trust, see the big picture, and act in a business-like manner will be crucial for success.

You are also part of the department's management group, where you, together with other leaders, contribute to setting the direction and driving strategic work. Here, you are expected to translate overarching goals into concrete initiatives and activities within your own operations while contributing perspectives, energy, and ideas to the joint work.

With a holistic perspective and business focus, you can switch between strategic issues and operational decisions, and you feel comfortable in both dimensions.

Since the role involves collaboration across different locations and travel as part of the job, we expect you to have a valid driver's license (Category B) and thrive in a mobile daily routine.

To succeed in the role, we believe you have:

• experience in leadership, for example as a team leader, project manager, or manager
• relevant higher education or university degree, or equivalent work experience
• good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written

The position requires you to undergo and pass security clearance according to current regulations. For positions where Saab has requirements for security classification, this may, in some cases, entail citizenship requirements.
