We are currently looking for experienced welders for upcoming assignments within industry and manufacturing in Halland. This position suits you if you have good technical understanding, are quality-conscious, and thrive in a production environment where accuracy, precision, and safety are crucial.

Job Responsibilities:

In this role, you will work with welding and joining of various types of steel structures and components. The type of production may vary depending on which client the assignment is with.

The work is usually carried out based on drawings and technical documentation and may include assembly, joint preparation, welding, grinding, post-processing, as well as control and quality inspection of finished parts. You will work both independently and together with colleagues in the production team.

The work may involve different welding methods such as MIG/MAG, TIG, and MMA, depending on the project and material. Experience in welding black metal, stainless steel, and aluminum is advantageous.

Potential Tasks:

  • Perform welding work (MIG, MAG, and/or TIG)
  • Manufacture and assemble various metal structures according to drawings
  • Repair, maintenance, and quality control of materials
  • Use various types of drilling, milling, and assembly equipment
  • Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of equipment

Who are you?

We are looking for you who have experience in welding within industry or manufacturing and are accustomed to working from drawings. You have good material knowledge and an eye for quality. It is important that you are responsible, meticulous, and have a high level of safety awareness.

Requirements:

  • Experience in welding within industry/manufacturing
  • Knowledge of reading technical drawings
  • Experience with one or more welding methods (MIG/MAG, TIG, or MMA)
  • Good proficiency in Swedish
  • Ability to work independently and in a team

Advantageous Qualifications:

  • Valid welding licenses and experience with overhead cranes or forklifts.
  • Education as an industrial worker, welder, or similar
