Are you interested in working practically within the industry?

We are currently looking for production assistants for our client companies active in the manufacturing industry. Your tasks may vary depending on the department you are assigned to, but can include packing, machine operation, product inspection, forklift driving, and other common industrial tasks. Additionally, you will be responsible for checking products to ensure they meet the client company's standards. The role also involves setting up machines, refilling materials, and performing light maintenance and servicing of production machinery.

The work is scheduled in two shifts and starts immediately.

Background and Personal Qualities

We are looking for someone with work experience from the industry or some form of relevant education. We value quality, precision, and structure in work, and it is important that you can take initiative and collaborate well in a team. You are not afraid of physical work and have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. We consider it an advantage if you have a forklift license with A and B qualifications.

You are perceived as cheerful, social, and positive towards work, and are willing to jump in where needed. Furthermore, you can work both independently and in a group and find it easy to collaborate. The client companies maintain very high quality standards for their products, which means that you, as an applicant, are obviously a very detail-oriented person who understands the value of leaving behind a well-executed job.
