We are now looking for an operator for a sawmill outside Ullared. In this role, you contribute to smooth production by monitoring and handling material flow, identifying and resolving disruptions, and ensuring product quality. You will work with both visual inspection and measurement.

This is a consultancy assignment where you will be employed by Uniflex and hired out to one of our industrial clients.

You will work from 06:00 to 17:00, four days a week, on a rotating schedule.

The work includes:

• Noting and reporting maintenance needs
• Making machine settings when production changes
• Performing simple troubleshooting and repairs

You will become part of a cohesive team where collaboration, communication, and the ability to both give and receive instructions are crucial for success.

The work is flexible, meaning you may also support other parts of the business and broaden your skills.

Qualifications

We place great importance on your personality and willingness to develop – previous experience is not decisive as you will receive the necessary on-site introduction and training.
