Do you want to work as an operator in a secure and development-oriented environment in Falkenberg? About the position

As an operator, you will be responsible for the operation and monitoring of production equipment, performing ongoing production tasks, and ensuring that processes are followed according to current procedures. The work includes loading, unloading, and handling of materials, machine monitoring, quality control, as well as documentation of work steps and deviations. You work in a team and collaborate with maintenance, quality, and production management to maintain a stable and safe production.

The position is full-time. You will work day shifts. Start date: ASAP.

Examples of tasks
  • Responsible for packaging and outbound loading.

  • Monitor and control production equipment according to given instructions and safety procedures.

  • Perform simple settings, changes, and cleaning of machines.

  • Conduct quality controls and document results.

  • Report deviations and contribute to improvement work to increase efficiency and safety.

  • Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to a good working environment and a positive team climate.

About youFormal qualifications

We are looking for you who have basic industrial experience or relevant education from upper secondary school (preferably technical track) or vocational training. Previous work in production, process industry, or similar is meritorious. You communicate fluently in Swedish, both orally and in writing, and have basic computer skills for documentation and reporting.

Personal qualities

You are meticulous, responsible, and thrive in a pace where safety and quality are always prioritized. You work systematically, solve problems practically, and are flexible when conditions change. Good collaboration skills and a positive attitude are important for creating a functioning team.

Meritorious
  • Previous experience with control systems

  • Forklift license or other relevant certification

  • Knowledge of maintenance work or troubleshooting

  • Experience from the food or process industry
