At Effektiv, we are currently looking for a new employee for our client located on the outskirts of Varberg. The company we collaborate with is an established firm with a long history in Varberg. They are now looking for their next machine operator who can contribute with their skills.

Tasks as a machine operator may include:

• Starting, monitoring, and shutting down machines in the production line.
• Maintaining and repairing any faults.
• Refilling materials that the machines work with.
• Quality control of produced articles.

The work is performed on a 2-shift basis.

We are looking for someone who is flexible, self-initiative, and accustomed to physical work. You are the one who delivers that little extra and is driven by good results. Furthermore, you are a person with good work ethics and who is productive.

You also have good social skills and are a popular colleague. We place great emphasis on personal qualities, and believe that a good attitude and the desire to do a good job goes a long way.

We expect you to have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.

Merits:

• Education or previous work experience as a machine operator.
• Technical interest and skill.
• Understanding of production processes and quality control.
• Forklift license and experience operating a forklift.
• Driver's license and access to a car.
