About the role
Isringhausen operates within the automotive industry and assembles truck seats for professional drivers. The company has its origins in Germany, and the factory is located in Kungsbacka.

As an assembler, you will work on putting together components for seats that will be sent on to the company's customers within the trucking industry. The environment is characterized by physical work and precision, as everyone's contribution is important for the production of products to be both efficient and high-quality.

In your role as an assembler, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Assembling components for truck seats
  • Following instructions in Swedish
  • Collaborating with forklift drivers and other assemblers

You will work from 07:00 to 16:00 Monday–Thursday and 07:00 to 14:45 on Fridays. The position starts as agreed.

About you
We are looking for someone who is curious about assembly and wants a long-term assignment. Perhaps you want to deepen your skills in assembly? To fit this role, we believe you enjoy physical work and using your hands as your primary tool. If you get restless sitting still, this is a perfect job for you as all your work will be done standing up. You have the ability to see your role in a larger context, as production relies on all employees collaborating to produce truck seats of the highest quality. Your technical interest and attention to detail are two things that make you a perfect fit for the role of assembler.

Important for the role:

  • Good knowledge of Swedish
  • Technical interest
  • Attention to detail

Meritorious for the role:

  • Previous experience working in industry
  • Previous experience in assembly

About Adecco
The position involves employment with Adecco Sweden AB, but working at our client's premises. Being an ambulatory consultant means being employed by Adecco to perform work at the client company, where the workplace, working hours, and tasks may vary within an agreed service area.
