At Effektiv, we are currently looking for a technically skilled Machine Operator for our client in the food industry, located in Varberg. We focus on long-term partnerships, which means you will initially receive a fixed-term employment contract of six months with Effektiv and be hired out to one of our clients, with a high chance of extension.

The role includes:

• Mixing and producing sauces and other food products according to set recipes.
• Ensuring product quality through careful work.
• Working in accordance with safety regulations and production plans.
• Monitoring and refilling machines.
• Performing minor troubleshooting and maintenance.

Scope: Full-time
Start: Immediately
Working hours: Daytime

We are looking for someone with experience in food production who enjoys working at a fast pace with a focus on quality and precision. You should have a technical understanding to set up machines for different recipes, resolve minor faults, and ensure smooth production flow. We also believe you are a team player who always strives to do a good job.
