We are now looking for machine operators who want to work in a technology-intensive production environment where quality, safety, and precision are at the center. In this role, you are responsible for producing according to given specifications and run orders, with a major focus on continuous operation, quality control, and safe working practices.

About the Position

• Start Date: June 24

• Employment Type: Fixed-term contract for 6 months - with a chance of extension (full-time)

• Working Hours: 2-shift system

• Location: Norrköping

As a machine operator, you are responsible for the daily operation of your assigned machine and ensure that production takes place according to run orders, with the correct quality and quantity. You monitor the process, replenish materials, handle finished products, and perform quality controls and associated documentation. In case of deviations or operational disruptions, you report them to the supervisor.

The role also includes simple maintenance and keeping the work area safe, organized, and clean. You work according to established routines, safety regulations, and LEAN principles to contribute to an efficient and stable production flow. Some tasks may also involve lighter assembly or other related duties.

About You

We are looking for someone who is careful, responsible, and thrives in a production environment with high demands for quality, safety, and adherence to routines. You have a structured work approach and the ability to maintain focus over time, even in shift work. Working according to established instructions, standards, and run orders comes naturally to you.

You collaborate well with others, communicate clearly in case of deviations, and actively contribute to a safe and well-functioning work environment. At the same time, you are self-reliant and take responsibility for your work and your machine. You have good learning ability, are flexible, and are positive about working 5-shifts, as well as ready to adapt to the production's needs.

Formal Qualifications

• Driver's License Class B & access to a car

• Good knowledge of Swedish (speaking, writing, and reading comprehension)

• Good knowledge of English (speaking, writing, and reading comprehension)

• High school diploma or equivalent education level, preferably with a technical focus

Merits

• 0–4 years of experience as an operator from the manufacturing industry is preferred

• Knowledge of LEAN, e.g., 5S, TPM

• Knowledge of the Freelance control system and software for robot control

• Basic knowledge of the MS Office package
