About the job

We are looking for you who like food, people, and sales and want to become part of our lovely team at Willys Örebro Almby! The role essentially means that you contribute to our customers being able to buy good and sustainable food at really good prices.

Employment type: Permanent position, 32 hours per week, probationary period applies.

Start date: 2026-08-03 or as agreed.

Working hours: You will vary between working early mornings, daytime, evenings, and weekends.

Requirements: Upper secondary education, good knowledge of Swedish (spoken and written). We welcome applicants of all ages, but with reference to the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations AFS 2023:2 chapter 8 and appendix 2, we do not hire persons under 18 years of age due to the nature of the tasks.

Here is a bit more about the role:

• Together with your colleagues, you manage the varied daily operations of the grocery department, ensuring the store is well-stocked and looks good. You may also work with picking, packing, and dispensing of e-commerce goods.
• You greet our customers with knowledge, attentiveness, and a big smile, whether the customer needs help finding a product or paying for it.
• After a while, you will also place orders and plan sales, contributing to the store reaching its sales and profitability targets.

About you

Willys is constantly growing and developing, and you like to do the same. You want to learn new things, enjoy being challenged, and are driven by taking greater responsibility. It is also great if you:

• See when something needs to be done, roll up your sleeves, and get it done.
• It is an advantage if you have worked in a store or with service, but it is not a requirement.
• You speak, write, and understand Swedish. Many of our customers speak more languages than that, so if you do the same, that is great!
