Are you an experienced wheel loader operator looking for a new assignment in Skellefteå and the surrounding area? Lernia is now looking for a competent and responsible wheel loader operator for immediate start. We are looking for you who enjoy physical work, have good safety awareness, and want to contribute to efficient and safe machinery operations.

About the role

As a wheel loader operator, you will perform loading and transport tasks at construction sites or industrial facilities. Duties include material handling, excavation, planning, and assisting with groundworks. You will work in a team with other professional groups and report to the site manager or foreman. The work may involve both indoor and outdoor tasks as well as varying weather conditions.

• Scope: Full-time, 5-shift rotation

• Start: As agreed/immediate

About you

We are looking for someone who is confident in the role of wheel loader operator and works carefully and responsibly. You are driven, have good communication skills, and contribute to a positive atmosphere at the workplace. You enjoy varied tasks and can work both independently and in a team.

It is important that you can work during all hours of the day, including nights, as the position involves shift work.

Formal requirements

• Category B driver's license

• Valid operator certificate for wheel loaders or equivalent experience

• Experience operating wheel loaders, preferably from construction or industrial sectors

• Good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written
