Project and Business Organizer

Do you want to work at the intersection of business development, project management, and public funding? Do you have the ability to see opportunities, create structure, and drive projects from idea to implementation? This might be the role for you.

About the role

As a Project and Business Organizer, you will play a central role in identifying, developing, and coordinating projects funded by external sources. You will work closely with actors such as the Swedish Board of Agriculture, County Administrative Boards, as well as other authorities and organizations that fund development within primary production.

Your mission is to ensure that we seize funding opportunities and transform them into concrete, value-creating projects for the business and the industry. We prefer that you are a livestock agronomist, farm manager, or have equivalent competence.

Your main responsibilities

  • Monitor the external environment and identify current calls for proposals and funding opportunities
  • Initiate, plan, and coordinate project applications
  • Work closely with internal experts to formulate project ideas and create competitive applications
  • Coordinate projects from approved application to implementation and follow-up
  • Ensure structure, quality, and compliance with requirements related to public funding
  • Build and develop relationships with external funders and collaboration partners

We are looking for someone who

  • Has experience in project management, business development, or a similar role
  • Has a good understanding of working with public funding, support programs, or applications
  • Is structured, analytical, and has strong self-drive
  • Has very good communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Thrives in a role with many contact points, both internally and externally
  • Has an interest in or knowledge of agriculture/primary production (meritorious)
