Eda is a municipality with approximately 1,000 employees, all of whom work in some way to provide service to our citizens, employees, and visitors.

As a pool employee, you work when regular staff is absent. You submit your own schedule proposal in the form of working days in our system, Timecare. You are then assigned by our Staffing Center. As a pool employee, you receive a flexibility allowance because you are flexible with working hours. This requires you to have the ability to adapt to the demands we place on you as a pool employee. You will meet many new people and work groups, which requires adaptability. No day is the same as the other.

You are expected to work at all workplaces and locations within the municipality.

Job Responsibilities

The tasks vary depending on the department and may include among other things:

• Care work and support for users, primarily within elderly care.
• Assistance with personal care, service efforts, and daily activities.
• Social support and motivational work based on the user's individual needs.
• Documentation according to current routines and legislation.
• Collaboration with colleagues and other professional groups.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who:

• Have high competence within the nursing profession.
• Have experience working within LSS (Support and Service for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments) and/or elderly care.
• Are flexible and available when the operations need you.
• Enjoy meeting many different colleagues and users.
• Adapt easily to new situations and workplaces.
• Are self-assured and work professionally even in changing environments.
• We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
• Are a nurse assistant (undersköterska).
