About the role:

As a rental specialist at VVS-Rental, you are responsible for renting out and delivering machines and tools to customers within the plumbing and HVAC industry. Your work also includes administrative tasks as well as maintenance and cleaning of the machines. You ensure that the warehouse/depot is kept in good condition and that order and tidiness are maintained. Since driving is part of the job, a valid driver's license (Category B) is required.

Your profile:

You are self-motivated and take initiative. You have an interest in the plumbing and construction industries, which allows you to quickly understand our customers' needs and the products offered. You perform your tasks in a structured and meticulous manner. Furthermore, it is important that you possess social competence and have a high level of engagement that is contagious. Having a service-oriented mindset and nurturing customer relationships is second nature to you. We will place great emphasis on personal qualities.

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license (Category B)
• Good computer skills
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.

Merits:

• Previous experience in sales and rental.
• Technical knowledge.
• Highly meritorious if you possess knowledge in welding and plumbing/HVAC.
• Network within the plumbing/HVAC industry in and around Uppsala.

VVS-Rental is an established company that rents out machines and tools within the plumbing and HVAC industry. The company is in a strong expansion phase and growing rapidly. The company has rental depots in Stockholm, Gothenburg, Malmö, Uppsala, Gävle, Norrköping, and Västerås. The team in Uppsala now needs to be strengthened. The company is in a strong growth phase and plans to open 2–3 additional depots within the next two years. For the right person, there will be good development opportunities.

Start date: August 2026

Scope: Full-time and permanent with an initial 6-month probationary period

Working hours: Mon-Fri 07:00–16:00
