About the Job

Do you want to work as a forklift driver in a factory in Bålsta? We are now looking for dedicated individuals for full-time positions where you will be a vital part of the factory operations. As a forklift driver, you are responsible for the safe and efficient handling of materials within production and warehouse areas. The work involves operating various types of forklifts, order picking, loading/unloading, and collaborating with other teams to ensure a smooth workflow.

About You

We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and thrives in a practical work environment. You are flexible, work well with colleagues, and take responsibility for ensuring tasks are performed safely and efficiently. This role suits those accustomed to working at a fast pace and who want to contribute to a well-functioning production process.

Responsibilities

• Operating forklifts (order picker, counterbalance, or other types depending on needs)
• Moving and stacking materials, as well as loading and unloading vehicles
• Picking and packing at production lines and in the warehouse
• Collaborating with production and warehouse staff to optimize workflows
• Performing daily safety and functional checks of forklifts
• Documenting the receipt and dispatch of goods

Qualifications

• Valid forklift license (experience with multiple forklift types is an advantage)
• Experience working in a warehouse or factory is an advantage
• Good understanding of safety procedures and ability to follow instructions
• Ability to work in a team and take initiative
• Good physical condition, as the work may involve heavy lifting and standing/walking

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with scanning systems and warehouse management systems (WMS)
• Category B driver's license
• Previous experience from the manufacturing industry

• Scope: Full-time
• Working hours: Daytime with possibility of shifts depending on production
• Location: Bålsta
• Start: Immediately or as agreed
